To reserve your appointment, a $75 deposit is required. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are fully refundable when appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled and may forfeit their deposit.
• No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit.

Refunds for deposits are not automatically processed; kindly send an email, request before the 48-hour mark prior to your appointment time.

Before Your Appointment

• All prices are listed before HST.
• Your intake and consent forms will be emailed to you after booking. Please complete all required forms before arriving for your appointment.
• New clients may require a medical assessment before treatment to ensure your safety and determine the most appropriate treatment plan.
• You’re welcome to join our waitlist if you’d like to be notified of earlier appointment availability.
